a. Upon full payment for our services, Techy Tantrums transfers and assigns to the client all ownership rights for the final deliverables created under the project scope. This includes the rights to distribute, display, modify, and utilize the content as agreed.
b. Until full payment is received, Techy Tantrums retains all ownership rights to any produced deliverables.
3. Payment & Fees
Payment terms, fees, and other related charges will be specified in the service contract or agreement. Failure to settle payment within the agreed timeframe may result in withholding of deliverables and associated rights.
4. Service Guarantee & Limitations
Techy Tantrums is committed to delivering high-quality services. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Project feedback and revisions will be governed by the terms outlined in the service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Techy Tantrums and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
Techy Tantrums reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or failure to make payments when due.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page.
